Delete your EXOHERD account
How to delete your account and the data stored with it.
In the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This deletes your account and the farm data synced with it straight away.
Without the app
Email support@exoherd.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your EXOHERD account (email address and name).
- Farm records synced to our servers: sectors, fields, jobs, finances, stock, animals, machinery, notes and reminders.
- If you own a shared farm, the farm and its data are deleted for all members. If you are a member, you are removed from the farm and the owner keeps the farm’s records.
What may be kept
Records we must keep by law (for example for tax or accounting) are kept only as long as required. Data stored only on your phone stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an EXOHERD Pro subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
